Orders confirmed and paid by 12:00 PM MST on a business day are processed same day. Orders received after noon or on weekends ship the next business day.
Do you ship to the United States?
Yes. We ship to all 50 US states via Canada Post cross-border services (Tracked Packet, Xpresspost, and Priority Worldwide). A tracking number is provided for all US shipments.
Do you ship to Mexico?
Yes. We ship to Mexico via Canada Post International services. Delivery times vary by destination; most major centres receive parcels within 6–10 business days.
Are there customs or import duties for US/Mexico orders?
Cross-border shipments may be subject to customs inspection and import duties levied by the destination country. Peptide-Labs is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or delays at the border.
How are peptides packaged for shipping?
All lyophilized peptides are sealed in amber vials, wrapped in bubble cushioning, and shipped in a rigid outer box. Cold packs are included for Xpresspost and Priority orders during summer months.
Will my order require a signature?
Xpresspost and Priority shipments may require a signature at delivery. Tracked Packet and Regular Parcel are typically left in a secure location if no one is home.
